Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to tickerstar.com and TickerStar alerts, newsletters, transcripts, summaries, and related services. By creating an account or using TickerStar, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials and email account, and activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Beta service

TickerStar is currently offered in beta. Features may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Beta access is currently free unless otherwise stated. We will provide notice before a paid plan applies to existing free-beta use; we will not charge you without an affirmative purchase or subscription.

Information only; not investment advice

TickerStar provides automated monitoring, summaries, transcripts, links, and market information for informational purposes only. TickerStar does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice; does not recommend securities or transactions; and is not acting as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, or research analyst for you.

You are solely responsible for investment decisions. Consider your own objectives and circumstances and consult qualified professionals when appropriate. Past performance and reported market information do not guarantee future results.

Automated summaries and source materials

TickerStar uses software and artificial-intelligence systems to monitor sources and create summaries and transcripts. Content may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate and may contain transcription, extraction, classification, calculation, attribution, or formatting errors. Links may change or stop working.

Official company releases, regulatory filings, exchange notices, and other primary materials control over TickerStar content. You should verify material information with the original source before acting on it.

Alerts and communications

Delivery times are estimates. We do not guarantee that every event will be detected, summarized, or delivered, or that an alert will arrive before market movement or another source reports the information. Email providers, security scanners, source outages, and third-party systems may delay or prevent delivery.

You may change available alert settings in your account. Newsletter and marketing emails include unsubscribe or preference-management options. Service messages necessary for authentication, security, or requested transactions may still be sent.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use TickerStar unlawfully or to violate another person's rights.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls.
• Interfere with the service or introduce malicious code.
• Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute substantial parts of TickerStar except as permitted in writing or by applicable law.
• Misrepresent TickerStar content as personalized professional advice.

Intellectual property

TickerStar and its software, design, organization, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party source materials, company names, trademarks, and linked content remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the service does not transfer ownership rights.

Third-party services

TickerStar links to and depends on third-party websites, data sources, and service providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, content, or privacy practices.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using TickerStar or unsubscribe from available communications at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or enforce these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TickerStar is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or investment performance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TickerStar and its operators, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, trading losses, or missed opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
