Synopsys General Counsel Janet Lee to step down; to transition to advisory role
Synopsys announced on August 12, 2026 that Janet Lee will no longer serve as the company's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective as of the earlier of December 31, 2026 and the appointment of her successor.
