Synopsys General Counsel Janet Lee to step down; to transition to advisory role
Synopsys announced on August 12, 2026 that Janet Lee will no longer serve as the company's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective as of the earlier of December 31, 2026 and the appointment of her successor. Following her departure, Ms. Lee will transition to an advisory role and continue in that role until June 30, 2027, or such later date as determined by Synopsys, to ensure a smooth transition. The disclosure was made under Item 5.02 of Form 8-K (Departure of Directors or Certain Officers).
