Salesforce Unveils AIforce at Dreamforce, Bringing Salesforce Platform to Any AI Interface

Salesforce announced AIforce, a new live interface layer designed to expose Salesforce data, workflows, logic, and governance to any AI interface, including Claude, Slack, and Lightning.

AIforce launches with Claudeforce (Salesforce-Anthropic integration including Salesforce in Claude in beta with 37 prebuilt sales skills), Slackforce (Slack integrations including Slackforce Surfaces, Slackbot, Slack CRM, and Slack Code), and Agentforce Coworker (already available in Lightning).

Salesforce disclosed that 100,000 users activated Agentforce Coworker within its first 35 days of availability.

Pilot customers cited include Deloitte, GitLab, and Legora for Salesforce in Claude, and Fulton Bank (approximately 3,000 users across 20+ production use cases) and Engine (over 800,000 customer inquiries per year) for Coworker and Slackforce respectively.

The Salesforce Trailblazer community statistics cited include 12 million apps built, 9.6 billion API calls per day, 156 million lines of AI-generated code, and more than 151 million badges earned on Trailhead; the community is celebrating its 20th anniversary at Dreamforce 2026.

AIforce is powered by the Headless Toolkit, and the AgentExchange ecosystem is described as a partner network including Anthropic, Amazon Web Services, Google, Lovable, Vercel, Docusign, Gamma, Jasper, Ramp, and Rippling.
